-Take part in the morning briefing session
-Make sure the food area is tidy all the time, the kitchen, the sink, the hall, the entrance and the bathroom
-Ensuring the food preparation are clean and hygienic, including a deep clean
-Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
-Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients including stock rotation
-Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking food staff (soup)
-Preparing table for service, cutlery, drinks, and condiments
-Assisting with service
-Menu planning
-Comply with all health and safety and food hygiene regulations at all the times
-A friendly ,positive and approachable manner
-Ability to work with people in a non-judgemental and solution focused way
-Able to work independently and as part of a diverse team
-Ability to emphasise with the challenges faced by the people using our services
-able to follow instructions and act on own initiative within set boundaries
-To be punctual and reliable in attendance
-Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality
- if possible to have Food Safety level 2 Certificate
-English and Romanian language
