Women trustees needed

Women trustees needed to help other women as part of the Resourceful Women 's Network. If you have an interest in women's welfare and have time that you can give to our charity we would welcome you on board, especially if you have experience in personnel management, IT, accounting or other charity work.

We have board meetings about 8 times a year for two hours usually early evening. We do encourage the trustees to join in occasional workshop activities to meet some of the women involved. Our charity has been around for over 30 years and we currently have 3 part time workers who run the activities. If you would like to know more please look at our website and/or come along to one of our workshops.

What skills do I need?

Personnel management, IT, accounting or other charity work.

About Resourceful Women's Network

Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. Resourceful Women's Network emerged as the continuation of the work of the Harrow Women's Centre, established in 1992. Our goal is to assist women in North London who are in need and distress by providing support through family law consultations, counselling, art, exercise and other groups and drop-ins, where we provide information and guidance on a range of issues that affect them. We are an organisation driven by progressive ideas, bold actions, and a strong foundation of support.
