We are currently seeking dedicated and strategic-thinking individuals to join our Board of Trustees. This is a vital role that helps shape the future direction of our organisation and ensures we continue to provide high-quality support to those who need it most.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for individuals who can bring specific expertise to our Board. While a passion for mental health is essential, we are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

Mental Health Knowledge: Deep understanding of the sector or personal lived experience.

Business Development: Expertise in fundraising and growing sustainable income streams.

Operational Delivery: Experience in managing preventative mental health services.

We Welcome Diversity: We believe our Board should reflect the community we serve. We strongly encourage applications from people of all backgrounds and those with lived experience of mental health challenges.
