Transition Homeless Project

Transition Homeless Project is a not for profit organisation, we need an Fundraising and Events Lead that will focus on growing income for our projects. You'll actively engage with the community, raising awareness of our services, organise fun and engaging events, and ensure appropriate management of all fundraising income and relationships.

What skills do I need?

Events Management, fundraising and communication skills.  Ability to manage projects effectively, a good team player with the ability to engage with people at all levels.

At Transition Homeless Project, we are dedicated to eliminating homelessness and poverty. Through the provision of hot meals, guidance, and support, we support and empower women aged 18+ to rebuild their lives and transition towards independent living. Our approach is centered on offering not just immediate relief, but also long-term solutions that enable women to regain control of their futures.
