Front of House Assistant

Heath Robinson Museum

You will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to visitors. You will serve visitors in the shop and operate the electronic till system. You will process admissions and Friends’ Memberships, and sell tickets for special events. You will encourage repeat visits by promoting upcoming events and exhibitions. You will also ensure the shop is well-displayed, clean and tidy, conduct stock counts as necessary, and replenish goods on shelves.

About Heath Robinson Museum

The Heath Robinson Museum in Pinner, Northwest London, showcases the work of the world-renowned artist, illustrator, humourist, and social commentator William Heath Robinson (1872-1944). The Museum provides a permanent home for the Heath Robinson collection of original artwork and other artefacts. In addition to the permanent exhibition chronicling the life and works of Heath Robinson, the Museum has a rolling programme of Special Exhibitions. These focus on highlights of the museum’s extensive collection of William Heath Robinson’s work as well as showcasing other renowned artists and illustrators.
