Transition Homeless Project
As a Women’s Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting women experiencing poverty, at risk of homelessness, homeless or rough sleeping. They may be women who have experienced a range of challenges, including mental health struggles, substance misuse, and domestic violence. This is a deeply person-centred role where you’ll take the time to understand each individual’s story, assess their needs, and co-create tailored support plans that leads to a lasting change in their circumstances.
You’ll be a trusted advocate, helping women navigate complex challenges and access safe, stable housing. From building relationships to celebrating milestones, you’ll be there every step of the way on their journey toward independence and recovery.
